Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:
   • Standard Delivery (Free Shipping): Delivery time is 5 to 8 working days.
   • Express Delivery: Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
   • Order tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the order is placed.
2. Delivery Time for International Orders:
   • Orders shipped overseas generally take 7 to 12 days depending on the country’s accessibility and the recipient’s location within the country.
3. Change of Delivery Address/Contact Details:
   • To request changes in the delivery address or contact information, email us at [email protected] before the dispatch process begins. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the information.
4. Expedite/Urgent Delivery Requests:
   • If you need urgent or express delivery, please email us at [email protected]. Based on your address and delivery requirements, we will provide you with a quote for the additional charges applicable to expedite the delivery. We will make every effort to accommodate your request within the preferred time frame.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded:
   • While we strive to meet promised delivery timelines, we use third-party delivery partners and are not liable for delays post handover of the product. Delays caused by events beyond our control, such as service interruptions, may also affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

1. Domestic Orders:
   • FREE SHIPPING is offered for all orders within India.
2. International Orders:
   • Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
   • Payment for shipping costs will be collected during checkout.
3. RTO Charges:
   • Customers are responsible for Return to Origin (RTO) charges if the parcel cannot be delivered due to any customer-related reason, such as failure to receive the parcel.

Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. We will try our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee it.

Stock Availability

• We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but discrepancies may occasionally occur.
• In case an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will contact you for your preference and assist you in resolving the issue.

Duties & Taxes

1. Goods and Service Tax (GST):
   • GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for products.
2. Import Duties & Taxes:
   • Import duties and taxes for international shipments may apply and vary from country to country. Customers are advised to check these costs before placing an order.
   • If duties and taxes are refused upon arrival, SABAR will not be responsible for non-delivery of the order and will not provide any support.
